How to Apply — Step by Step
Admission to Bharti Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya is conducted through a transparent and merit-based process as per the guidelines of B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur and the Government of Bihar. All aspiring candidates are advised to carefully read and follow the admission procedure outlined below.
Application for admission should be submitted in the prescribed form. The applicant should fill in the form carefully. Incomplete or incorrect forms will not be accepted.
Important: Fill CarefullyFor admission to First Year (F.Y.) classes, eligibility form, original marksheet and its true copy are necessary. Admission will not be confirmed unless eligibility is obtained from the B.R.A. Bihar University.
Document VerificationOld students of College of Art & Science classes should attach to the admission form the attested copy of marksheet of the previous Examination.
Renewal ProcessStudents from other colleges within the jurisdiction of B.R.A. Bihar University must produce Transfer Certificate (T.C.) at the time of admission. Such students will have to obtain written permission from the university for the change of college.
Inter-College TransferNormally, no change is allowed in the subject once offered by a student. However, any change in the subject can be allowed by the authorities only on payment of fees of Rs. 100/-. The last date for allowing the change in subject/faculty will be notified separately on the notice board.

Parents and students are requested to go through the Prospectus, Guidelines, and Admission Notices put up on the College Notice Board before seeking admission.
Merit-Based Admission
Admission is strictly based on merit and other norms as laid down by the B.R.A. Bihar University, the Government, or the Management, from time to time.
Principal's Authority
The Principal reserves the right to amend/modify the guidelines regarding admission, as and when amendments/modifications are received from the Government/University or the Management. They will be notified accordingly on the College Notice Board at the time of admission.
Discipline & Admission
The Principal also reserves the right to refuse admission in case such an admission, in his opinion, is likely to adversely affect the overall discipline in the college.

- 📂 Document Verification: All original documents will be verified at the time of admission. Students are advised to keep all original documents ready.
- 💰 Fee Payment: Admission fees must be paid within the stipulated time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of admission.
- 🚫 Anti-Ragging: The college has a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging. Students found involved in ragging will face strict disciplinary action.
